is the featured verse on this wall quilting that I pieced
using my Free Style Cobblestone method
using only gleaned hand dyed fabric strips.
With hopes to adopt 2 foster children , word came of a distant relative considering taking the children. Both children desired adoption by us. Simultaneously, our pastor began a series "30 Days To Live" with accompanying daily devotionals. What a month of trusting God and creating "Teach Us To Number Our Days". Hand dyed, painted and rusted fabrics are puzzled together in artist's Free Style Cobblestones similarly as God had uniquely & temporarily added to our family. The children are still with us although at this time, they are still not available to adopt. Hand quilted providing much prayer time.
And "extra" hand dyed Free Style Cobblestone
in the same color way as the hand sewn binding
makes for a nice label.
